South Downer

Ingredients:

• 3 parts Ditchling Gin
• 2 parts Verjuice
• Grated lime zest
• Lime rind

1. (Optional) Grate the zest a lime. Rim the edge of your glass with verjuice before running your glass in the lime zest. The rim of your glass should be coated with the zest.

2. Mix 3 parts Gin and two parts verjuice in a shaker with lots of ice.

3. Shake well.

4. Pour the Gin and Verjuice mix into your glass.

5. Garnish with a twist of lime rind.
