South Downer

Ingredients:
- 3 parts Ditchling Gin
- 2 parts Verjuice
- Grated lime zest
- Lime rind
Instructions:

(Optional) Grate the zest a lime. Rim the edge of your glass with verjuice before running your glass in the lime zest. The rim of your glass should be coated with the zest.

Mix 3 parts Gin and two parts verjuice in a shaker with lots of ice.

Shake well.

Pour the Gin and Verjuice mix into your glass.

Garnish with a twist of lime rind.
