Sussex Summer Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 25cl Pomegranate Juice
• 50cl Verjuice
• 25cl Vodka - optional
• 25cl Sugar syrup
• Ice

1. Pour the pomegranate juice, verjuice, vodka and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake to mix all ingredients together.

2. Coat the rim of the glass in Verjuice then dip the edge into sugar. Making sure to coat it evenly.

3. Pour the mix into the glass and enjoy!
