Verjuice Collins

• 20cl Gin
• 20cl Verjuice
• 10cl Sugar Syrup
• Crushed Ice
• Soda

Instructions:

1. Place crushed ice into a glass.
2. Add shot of Gin, Verjuice, and sugar syrup.
3. Shake.
4. Pour into a tumbler and fill to top with soda.
5. Garnish with slice of Orange or Lime.
