Verjuice Sorbet

Ingredients:
- 250g caster sugar
- 250ml water
- 100ml Verjuice
Instructions:
- Heat water and sugar in a saucepan at medium heat. Once all the sugar is dissolved bring to the boil for around 3-4 minuets then leave to cool.
- Add 100ml of Verjuice to the dissolved sugar mixture.
- Pour into empty ice-cream tub or freezer box and place in freezer for 1hr 30mins.
- Once mixture has started to solidify use whisk to break up, then place back into freezer.
- Continue this process every hour for around 4 hours until mixture is a solid but still able to scoop.
