Classic Salmon & Cream Cheese Bagel with Verjuice

This twist on an all time lunch classic allows the flavour of the salmon to come through without being over powered by lemon juice. The Verjuice gives the dish a more subtle acidic accent.
- Bagel
- Smoked Salmon
- Cream Cheese
- 25ml Verjuice
1. Marinate the smoked salmon in a bowl with Verjuice. In the meantime toast the bagel halves.
2. Once toasted spread the cream cheese over and then place on the salmon. You can add an extra few drops of verjuice on top and a sprinkle of pepper to taste.
