Marinate the cod fillets in the Verjuice, olive oil, chilli powder and paprika.
Meanwhile slice the cabbage into shreds. Place into a bowl with the mayonnaise, diced jalapeño and coriander. Toss together so everything is fully coated and then add salt and pepper. Set aside.
In frying pan add the cod fillets and fry each side for about 4 minuets until the fish is flakey.
Serve the tacos with the flakey cod, slaw, slices avocado and garnish with extra coriander.
